90-degree frame & profile sections
The supplied presentation specifies a nominal 173 × 287 mm 6063-T6 profile with 3–5 mm wall thickness for the illustrated system. Review the original drawings for the complete frame and moving-leaf relationship.

Reinforced corners & hinge interface
The source construction uses reinforced 45-degree corners and a coordinated stainless-steel/aluminum hinge arrangement. Screw positions and waterproofing interfaces follow the original construction detail.

Glazing assembly
The source guide shows a 40 mm glass pocket, glass supports and glazing gaskets. Glass is selected separately, with laminated insulating safety glazing recommended for the illustrated configuration.

Screw actuator & controls
The illustrated screw actuator reference is 24 V DC, 1.3 A, up to 5500 N thrust, 270 / 410 mm stroke and IP42. Confirm the required drive and control set for the actual opening.

Opening clearance & wall interface
The original installation detail specifies 230 mm separation from an adjacent wall for the illustrated arrangement. Allow space for the entire opening path and check the fixing and waterproofing interfaces before installation.

Assemble the frame, sash or panels with the specified connectors and operating hardware.

Hardware & operation
Fit handles, locks, hinges, tracks or drive components and check their operation.
STEP 05
Glazing & seals
Fit the specified glazing or infill, seals and finishing components.
STEP 06
Inspection & export packing
Check dimensions, finish, movement and identification; protect surfaces, corners and loose accessories for shipment.
