6063-T6 frame & profile selection
Select the frame section to suit the required span. The supplied presentation lists 145 × 307, 145 × 341, 145 × 381 and 145 × 461 mm sections for different span bands.

Rack-and-pinion transmission
The motor drives the pinion and rack so the sash moves on its tracks. The supplied guide specifies 304 stainless steel for the gears, gear shaft, racks, rollers and running tracks, with an aluminum roller bracket.

Corner assembly & perimeter seals
The supplied construction uses reinforced 45-degree corners, injected corner sealant and EPDM perimeter seals. Align the frame and sash before testing the opening movement.

Drainage path & sill outlets
The illustrated M-shaped seal and drainage-channel arrangement directs water toward the sill outlets. Keep the drainage openings clear during installation.

Glazing pocket & glass supports
The source guide shows a 40 mm glazing pocket, adjustable glass supports and a 6 mm glazing gasket. It recommends laminated insulating safety glazing, including 5 + 1.14 PVB + 5 + 21A + 6 Low-E as one assembly option. Glass is selected separately for the approved configuration.

Motor & optional rain control
The source presentation illustrates a concealed tubular drive and remote/manual-button control. Match the motor, controller and local supply voltage before ordering. A rain sensor is an optional control accessory.

Prepare component lengths, fixing positions, drainage and hardware interfaces for the selected system.

Assemble the frame, sash or panels with the specified connectors and operating hardware.
STEP 04
Hardware & operation
Fit handles, locks, hinges, tracks or drive components and check their operation.
STEP 05
Glazing & seals
Fit the specified glazing or infill, seals and finishing components.
STEP 06
Inspection & export packing
Check dimensions, finish, movement and identification; protect surfaces, corners and loose accessories for shipment.
