Product: exterior aluminum roller shutter. Curtain: interlocking aluminum alloy slats. Operation: motorized or manual, by configuration. Motor supply: 110 V / 220 V options. Finish: powder coating. Installation: surface-mounted or within the reveal. Width and height are made to the approved opening schedule.

Slats, guides & complete assembly
The original construction sheets show #39, #45, #55, #77 and #85 section examples, the upper housing, axle, motor, guide inserts, interlocking curtain and rubber-sealed bottom profile. Select the slat section and drive for the opening.

Drive, finishes & opening types
110 V / 220 V motor options, manual emergency operation when specified, and selected colour finishes follow the supplied details. Window, balcony, garage and commercial closures require the appropriate system selection.

Manufacturing, inspection & packing
Profile processing, curtain assembly, component checks and protective packing are coordinated with the approved order.

Fit handles, locks, hinges, tracks or drive components and check their operation.
STEP 05
Glazing & seals
Fit the specified glazing or infill, seals and finishing components.
STEP 06
Inspection & export packing
Check dimensions, finish, movement and identification; protect surfaces, corners and loose accessories for shipment.
