Premium top-hung profile
The original presentation shows the premium top-hung frame section and its glazing interface. The frame material specified in the guide is 6063-T6 aluminum.

Slim-frame profile alternative
The slim-frame option uses a straight-edge frame with a larger visible glass area. Review the original section drawings to choose the required frame and sash arrangement.

Corner sealing & stainless-steel operating parts
The supplied construction shows injected 45-degree corners, two sealing lines and stainless-steel operating components. Match the seals and moving parts to the selected profile.

Glass support & glazing assembly
The source guide shows the glazing support position and a 40 mm pocket. The glass, support blocks and glazing gasket are selected together for the approved opening.

DK7 actuator & opening movement
The illustrated DK7 actuator data includes 24 V DC, 2000 N thrust/pull, 53 W, 4 mm/s and IP65. Stroke and installation geometry determine the resulting opening angle.

Opening angle & size coordination
The source sizing note limits the illustrated arrangement to 3000 mm length and 4 m² area, with a motor-side width of 660–3000 mm. The original angle illustrations show how a wider sash can produce a smaller opening angle for a given actuator stroke.

Prepare component lengths, fixing positions, drainage and hardware interfaces for the selected system.

Assemble the frame, sash or panels with the specified connectors and operating hardware.

Hardware & operation
Fit handles, locks, hinges, tracks or drive components and check their operation.
STEP 05
Glazing & seals
Fit the specified glazing or infill, seals and finishing components.
STEP 06
Inspection & export packing
Check dimensions, finish, movement and identification; protect surfaces, corners and loose accessories for shipment.
